6 Practical Exercises to Develop Intuition

Today we want to share with you a special post:

Discover 6 ways to access your intuition

While learning to use the Law of Attraction can be a powerful step in living a happy and fulfilling life, it's important to remember that you need to actively pursue your goals.

Overthinking a problem will only create a lot more doubts and negative thoughts. According to the Law of Attraction, instead of abusing your mind with every decision, you can try to follow your instincts.

Your intuition is usually accurate and your emotions will help you find your own way; therefore, learning to trust and access it is a key part of this process.

Here are 6 valuable tips that you can start putting into practice today to start connecting with your intuition.

1. Look for signs

Sometimes surprising new developments are a sign that you may be seeking new avenues in your quest for a better life. For example, you may receive an invitation out of the blue, notice a billboard for an event you wouldn't normally attend, or have recurring dreams about a certain location or activity.

Remember that the subconscious parts of your mind know things that aren't necessarily accessible to your conscious mind, and trust that the repeated "clues" may be trying to tell you something about what would make you happy.

2. Trust your instincts

Sometimes you can feel like doing things for no apparent reason. These seemingly inexplicable traits can lead you to meet people or discover opportunities.

For example, you might suddenly feel like going to the local park instead of heading straight to the home of an old acquaintance who has promising information about a job opportunity.

Trust that your feet sometimes know where to take you, even if you can't establish a clear reason for following a certain path. Rejoice in those moments when anything can happen, but you know you can handle the consequences.

3. Be bold

Try to commit to doing something unique each week to open yourself up to new possibilities. It doesn't always have to be something dramatic like a weekend trip or an extreme sport!

Even something small like going to a new restaurant in town, calling a friend you haven't seen in a while, or ordering a book that teaches you a new skill can open up big opportunities to build the better life you've been looking for.

4. Be open to new connections

While it's not necessary to have a deep and meaningful conversation with every stranger next to you on the bus, it's a good idea to regularly connect with new people who cross your path.

A compliment about an outfit, a comment about something you have in common, or a question about the countryside can start a conversation that builds a bond with someone. Many people find new partners (romantic or platonic) this way.

If you feel someone is worth talking to, be brave and say the first word.

5. Don't let go of your dreams

It is common for people who work with the Law of Attraction to think that they will follow their remaining dreams once they have achieved what they consider to be their main goal.

However, giving up on world travel, changing jobs, or venturing back into the dating world could be exactly what's stopping you from accomplishing the main task you've been working on.

For example, dating can lead to unexpected job opportunities, and traveling can lead to meeting an ideal partner. Start planning to do all the things you want to do now and not later.

Below you can try to make a list of the 10-15 most exciting and inspiring adventures you can imagine in your life. Divide them into categories indicating what can be done now and what requires more preparation.

You can start with the ones that are easiest to reach and work your way up to the ones that require the most time or money.

6. Affirm More

Finally, you can also create affirmations that aim to connect with your most intuitive side. You could say "I trust my intuition to guide me in the right direction" or "I will follow my intuition when making decisions today."

These affirmations are especially helpful if you tend to be a more logical person who has trouble making knee-jerk decisions.
